  • How can I make changes to my Interactive Resume?

    You will be provided with a user name and password that will give you access to update and make changes at any time to your interactive Resume. This will automatically affect the content displayed clients can view on www.drakeexpress.com.au.


  • What software requirements do I need to view my Interactive Resume?

    High Speed Access is beneficial, but not required. You can view your Interactive Resume using the Flash Media player (Windows OS and Macintosh OS). In some instances you can also use either the Windows Media Player (Windows OS) or QuickTime (Macintosh OS, Windows OS). We recommend that you use the Flash player (Macromedia SWF) option when available.

  • Do I need Internet access to view my IR?

    Yes you do. In some cases company policy may stipulate that only certain employees have Internet access or Administrator/Download privileges. If this is the case please consult your IT department so that the relevant application and Internet access can be arranged.


  • How does Drake Express work?

    Employers will pay no fee to search candidates, but will pay a fee to hire a candidate they identify on the site. This fee will range from 5-10% of the first year annual salary that the position pays. The Drake Express Team will manage this process, and ensure that all our clients and candidates are provided the best possible service.
